Giving back to those who serve our community

Our venues are committed to supporting the communities we call home. Through our community partnership program, qualifying nonprofit organizations may apply to receive complimentary venue use, because meaningful events shouldn’t be out of reach for organizations doing important work.

Who Can Apply

To be considered for donated venue use, your organization must meet the following criteria:

  • Nonprofit status — Holds 501c3 designation or an equivalent recognized nonprofit status
  • Verified documentation — Able to provide official registration paperwork confirming nonprofit status
  • Values alignment — Mission and activities are consistent with the values of Rye Venues and the venue being requested
  • Eligible frequency — Has not received a donated use from us within the current calendar year (additional uses require executive approval)

What’s Included

Donated use covers the venue site fee and standard audio/visual equipment for a single-day event of up to 10 hours.

Not included: beverage services and other add-ons beyond the site fee and A/V.

Need a little extra time? Additional hours on the day before or after your event may be added at standard venue pricing, subject to normal hourly minimums per the regular fee schedule.

Rules & Restrictions

  • Donated uses are available Monday through Thursday based on availability when a request is submitted more than 90 days before the event date.
  • Requests made within 90 days of the event date are considered individually and require approval from the Executive Director and/or ownership.
  • The donation covers the venue site fee and audio/visual equipment only. Beverage services and other add-ons are not included. Use is limited to 10 hours within a single day.
  • Each organization may receive one donated use per calendar year. Organizations previously involved in a donated use are subject to the same limit. Exceptions require approval from the Executive Director and/or ownership.
  • All requests must be submitted through our application form for review and approval.
  • Donated uses apply to a single day and cannot be spread across multiple days. Additional time may be booked on the day before or after at standard venue pricing, subject to regular hourly minimums per the venue fee schedule.
